# DashboardHC

> The MCP-native operations platform for post-acute and senior care operators in the United States. DashboardHC delivers a customizable data warehouse — a strong standard model tailored per client — and connects it natively to the AI your team already uses (Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot) through Model Context Protocol (MCP).

DashboardHC is the product brand; Data Services Partners is the legal entity. The product spans four layers:

1. **Customizable data warehouses** — strong standard model tailored per client (buildings, hierarchy, payer mix, KPIs). Optional bring-your-own-cube support: customers developing their own cube on Azure Analysis Services can connect DashboardHC on top while keeping control of the warehouse model. Built on the same Analysis Services OLAP cube architecture our founder introduced at Ensign (as an employee) and PACS (as a consultant).
2. **Dashboards & insights** — role-based views for executives, regional VPs, administrators, and clinical leaders. Mobile and Microsoft Teams support. One-click export to PDF, PowerPoint, and Excel.
3. **MCP-native AI** — production MCP server with OAuth-scoped sign-in for interactive AI use, plus named API tokens for autonomous agents. Native integration for Claude Desktop, ChatGPT Custom GPTs, Microsoft Copilot, and any MCP-compatible client. Tools: `get_data_model`, `get_dimension`, `ask_data`, `financial_review`, `list_dashboards`, `run_dashboard`, `data_review`.
4. **Agents & automation** — scheduled morning huddles, monthly board-deck builders, always-on exception watch, and per-operator digests. Headless agents authenticate via API tokens; interactive AI uses OAuth.

## Audience

Post-acute and senior care operators (skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, memory care), regional leaders, CFOs, COOs, and quality / clinical leadership. Multi-entity organizations with operational, financial, and clinical data spread across PointClickCare, NetHealth, and labor + financial systems. **United States only** — DashboardHC does not currently serve operators outside the US.

## Founder pedigree

DashboardHC's founder introduced the same Analysis Services OLAP cube approach at Ensign Group (as an employee) and later at PACS (as a consultant). Both publicly traded operators continue to use this data-modeling approach today. Neither Ensign nor PACS is a DashboardHC customer — the connecting thread is the *technology approach*, not customer logos. That same cube-modeled, customizable architecture is now productized for every operator who needs it, regardless of size.
